Refund policy

We have a strict policy according to exchanges. We do not offer exchanges or refunds. EVERYTHING on our site is considered FINAL SALE. If for any reason the product you ordered was mailed to you incorrectly, we will gladly change that for you with motive we exchange the product for you and refund the cost of shipping only. If you ordered the wrong product, we will not be able to exchange it as it is the customers responsibility.

If for any reason the product you ordered was mailed to you incorrectly, with motive we can exchange the product for you and refund the cost of shipping only. Any complaint regarding an item has to be addressed within the first two days of receiving the package, for any exchange the product must have its original sticker and hangtag otherwise we are unable to complete any process.
